October 24th 2010

My thoughts lately have been on one word, "appreciation." Maybe because we are coming into the season of Thanksgiving. So I have been thinking about the goodness of God in my life and how he has blessed me with an amazing marriage and family. Now I can remember myself before I was saved and my future didnt look very bright. Without Jesus changing my life, my life today would look completely different than it does today. To sum it up it would of been filled with sorrow and lonliness. So I am soooooooo thankful for my life today. My husband loves God, and I am blessed with two amazing children. So I want to encourage you all today that when you choose JESUS, you choose life and life more abundantly. He can turn any situation around and make it good. Your situation may not look good right now, but nothing is too hard for God. So this week thank God for Him being so good to you. Love yal, Pastor Liz Lozano

October 19th 2010

Hey everyone. I thought I would share my heart for this women's conference that is coming up November 13th 2010. I have seen so many women of different ages, races, backgrounds, and situations with one thing in common, they have lost hope in good things to come from God. They have become so down that they can't even see the light anymore in their lives or situations. This conference is set up to do one thing, bring hope back into womens lives. We want to bring JOY back into women's hearts. We want to see these women get out of sorrow and enter into what God has planned for them, a life of abundance, joy, and prosperity. So from my heart to yours lets do this thing and see women restored in JOY.
I love you and I believe in you.
Love, Pastor Elizabeth Lozano

October 18th 2010

We were able to take some family photos today before church. Joy wasn't too excited about the process, but we did it. Love yal.

Today, my husband preached on not settling for a "normal" life. He preached that we should be people that get off the bench and live our lives to the fullest. I believe that the only way to live the abundant life is to have a relationship with God. Not just having him be the Lord of your life, but daily spending time with Him. I have found Psalm 91 to be a dear scripture to me. In verse 2 it says "...He is my refuge and my fortress." Be encouraged today, dont give up, and keep pressing on in faith. go2freedom.org
